Seems you took care of that in a nicko' time! ;-)

I've been so busy with all sorts of things and was away for several weeks - I should have transplanted them sooner - but so far they seem to have resumed growth....and if I can "get them in the ground" - I suspect I'll have plenty of peppa come October!

~

As always, this is a "learning on the fly" effort, and I'm still not really sure why the growth was stifled - but I think next year I will try to "simplify" my initial soil - and I also think I may start focusing on "overwintering" efforts.

~

As always thanks for all your insights and suggestions.

Regards,

Ken

I can see it Ken, easily. "Now ain’t life a mystery - every day when trying to be a peppa farmer!" But Ken, nature is a mystery whatever I am doing! The Great Creator holds the reigns and we are merely travellers. His Will not mine - Inshallha!

You and I both know - take each and every day in stride Peter!

Halleluiah on that I reckon.

Amen to that Ken - being close to the soil makes a man stand firm: "Soil, one of the most crucial natural resources, plays a vital role in our lives, yet often goes unnoticed. It is the foundation upon which all life thrives, providing nutrients, water, and support for plants to grow. Digging deep into the soil, we can discover a hidden world teeming with life, complexity, and beauty."
