I think I'm going to leave most of the peppa's out there alone for the awhile, and let them ripen fully. We "did" the taste test and I even convinced my neighbor to sample, the smallest little piece of one of them "yeller" peppas, along with another peppa "expert" that was visiting - and it seems there was consensus - tis a hot one indeed!

Seemed to me like it could be hotter when fully ripe, but maybe I'm starting to get numbed to the heat....you know - built up some resistance!
