So far so good - this year there has been no evidence of "aphid troubles" (yet), cause I'd like to think I learned my lesson last year - and it is also possible being these baby plants, many of them, descended from a momma who survived the "aphid leaf eating jubilee"....also have a bit of inherent resistance.
I don't know for sure....and really, what matters is getting them in the ground and when that is accomplished I think I can breathe a bit easier.....but no matter what the beauty and joy for me is the learning process along with getting to meet "nobody's" out there on the web (ha, ha).
