I said a long time ago I will only subscribe to 16 sites at any given time but now seems I can't unsubscribe and that rubs me the wrong way.
I reckon I'll unsubscribe to the whole mess of it if this is how it is going down cause I got better things to do that deal with fools who can't even code template proper.
Just saw your exchange with Latypova. You definitely won't get your money back. She banned me from commenting "for 100 years" and ignored request for refund.
I am extraordinarily fond and appreciative of Sasha and her efforts which she seems to have chosen on her own accord genuinely seeking and sharing.
After "playing around" with other ways to manage my subscriptions I was able to Unsubscribe from one Stack where seems the author, whom I am also very fond of, is taking a break and turns out there is a way to "pause" paid subscriptions and that is what I did for Sasha's place.
Truly - I consider her to have "warrior-spirit" and hold her in very high esteem, but I reckon I touched a "hot-button" topic, and so a pause is called for - I'm sorry your experience was negative.
For me it is not about the "funds" per se, and I thought I had read someone elsewhere indicate that if a paid subscription was permanently cancelled that a refund was automatically issued, but I don't know for sure.
It depends P&S if I'm allowed to unsubscribe or not, but I know there are many places - thing is I don't settle well with sunk costs.
I hope the next time I try to unsubscribe, and I will, that my desires when I push the button go through, but if not, then message sent and I will depart and I got other places to go...and truly this reflects sadly or maybe it was time for me to focus on other things. Either way I will be true to my word cause for me P&S that means the most if I am going to be a man of will.
