Yeah - I could tell when I was taking the video that the temp display wasn't showing well....it was a "video" so there was not time to stop - if I took a still image of it, I suspect I could have gotten at just the proper angle for it to show.....but what you state speaks to the reality that any electronic image/video can't match the "human eye"...
