Update 5 - 7223
Big leafs, peppers alive, ambitions moving along in time
This update, which I know tis being made on a Sunday (I’ll get back to the Monday thing) is mainly going to just be 4 images showing the status of the garden, but I do want to add this:
We went to Salem, MA on train, we stayed at a nice place, we participated in the wedding celebration, we got back on the train, and we got home early in the morning just as it was when we departed. It was a wonderful experience (dead fish in the Salem waterways and all - I kid you not, look it up). The witch wedding went off without a hitch, the couple and their beautiful child are now committed in the eyes of their friends and family and I don’t know about you, but a commitment like this - it is for life is it not!
Everybody has returned to their places safely as far as I know, and now here are the images I want to share of the garden - the peppers are progressing and I have a few plants still alive of each type and I’m optimistic in August I will have a pepper medley to share with neighbors.
Peace is easy - BK.
Last night we watched the fireworks here in this small town. They lasted a long time. Twas a sight to sense the sound of the echoes rippling down the riverbed.
A beet picked today - rumor I heard is you plant the roots - easy beets! Wonder if that is true? I’ll find out - why not?
BK

Thanks Ken. Plants thriving! Always a joy to see!
