Some sort of Random Images
Of a Persian Rug and My Garden Ambitions
The rug proper - a portion of it.
What you think about this image that is not random?
~
The rug below was made in Iran.
From the rug so beautiful to me:
A tool in the top image with a bit of ridiculous “artistic liberty” - the tool was used to scrape the mastic off the fine hard wood that I wanted to bring back to the light.
Ps - tis 1855 of the same day - Evie and I have shared the meal - she didn’t really act like she wanted one of the french fries - so I said - fine I’ll eat them on my own - but she sure did like the sandwich with uncured ham from the Black Forest supposedly - maybe she liked it better being the croissant it was cooked upon along with a lot of cheese (2 layers) - horseradish, sweet little pepper, and jalapeño as well as miracle whip mixed “chemical engineering - cooking” style!
I like to cook. Evie is almost 17 years old. She is part of the family.
Today I tore out some ole paneling and then applied joint compound on both sides of some “fiberglass” film for the sake of stabilizing and “steadying” some wall in need of attention.
This is the meal I’m planning on eating tonight.
I told Evie - I will share with you the meal tonight.
This was the sunset last night
This is a different view taken - I don’t remember - maybe a half an hour later.

I think “life is good” and I don’t mind random - uncertainty is part of life - live with it, but don’t fear it….it is just part of life.
Just like love is.

Can you make out the reflections and shadows of it?

Great pictures Ken, I love photography. One good picture is worth a thousand words in most cases. We just finished the last redo room on our house after 26 years of constant construction, plus jobs, and raising kids. No wonder I look so old.
I do admire your ambition and ideas, you have some creative ideas.
Stunning pics yet again - thanks Ken. We face SE so have amazing sunrises over False Bay most days and sunsets behind the mountain so we lose the sun around 1700 each day. I am halfway to getting my camera working when I will fulfill my promise of pics here in Murdoch Valley North.
Blessings
