Some Serious Salsa
Is going to be "jarred" here - in the next few weeks or so
Just got this “father’s day” gift put together just in time and just after the porch had been painted.
So while I’m waiting for the peppers to ripen, let me share an image of a place where some serious salsa - top of the line in freshness….is going to be jarred in a few weeks time - sometime after I post Update 22 - probably in August.
So, as I’m “want” to do, I post this “tickler” image of future plans, and then I’ll come back and edit this post when the salsa is actually being made - and meanwhile, before that happens odds are “Update #22” will be posted.
I got this to say, I tried out one pepper I thought was going to be “hot” and I ate the whole thing and what a disappointment that was, but tis all bout the learning process I reckon….and last year I got the recipe for some serious salsa, and this year I plan on having better tools of production.
I’ll tell you this - quality control will be “top-notch” is my plan, and my product will be something of value - and worth some good barter.
So please, god willing, I’ll be back here with edits and updates and this is a story ongoing - and the best beauty - the best beauty of all….in my mind - tis harmless fun learning and that is what I consider a “win-win”.

Here is my first edit - I show it only cause it is indicative of the servers behind the times….
You see the comment has a “LIKE” - but this is after several “refreshes” - the like ain’t showing up there - that is evidence of one server not talking to the other - and this really is indicative of the times.

Now as a sidenote, I picked a peppa yesterday thinking it was sweet, but seems it is actually a jalapeño peppa - and that gave me a lot of pleasure being the jalapeño seeds I grew were so delayed in sprouting.
