Script

This is going to be short meandering post - but if you reading here recent please know this.....I often come back and made edits and additions! Peace to all and check this out:

Anyhow, I realized how much I like these thin film polymer sheet script cut into rectangular pieces likely been through a “gold deposition” process (in a vacuum chamber with small particles pure gold and electrical charges facilitating the deposition) and they make some script higher in 24K content and I decided - why the hell not - why not get some more - but guess what - tis only available in Canada now…..wow. Glad I got what I did and I don’t understand this “change”. But see for yourself:

Regardless, here is some text I sent to some long-time friends. We are a long-time group of poker-playing pals small-scale low stakes.

It will be in Charlotte and the game is on.  Funny how things can turn so quickly sometimes seems to me....in a good way I reckon.

It will be October 19 at (text deleted) - see you all here and I'll cook up some Salmon Burgers on the grill along with a gentle french bean side dish and some mashed potatoes cooked in the air fryer with butter and little pepper sauce added delicate.  Maybe some chickens wings on the side as an appetizer along with carrot sticks fried in butter.

The stakes will be normal, but let me share with you this script I think merits consideration:  See attached image.

Each one of those pieces of script has 1/1000 troy ounce of gold within it and I intend on betting some of it in the poker game - so what you think it is worth?

I’m sensing better times on the way, and I called my father-in-law, the man is a Vietnam Vet full bird colonel whose role was to provide spiritual consultation to the troops of which he was one directly on the front line. I said to him: Did you know you are invited and there is a plan for you to be here when I host the next poker game and I hope you want to play! He laughed and said, something to this effect -

Oh boy - we both got a good laugh and its been awhile since he has visited cause last time he was here was heartbreaking in a way - cause we just had an excellent conversation regarding the Battle of Cowpens and once again I was so impressed with his knowledge being I’m also somewhat studied on this engagement.

He knows his stuff military - let me tell ya! Anyhow, what happened last time he visited I realized after the fact was that I made the mistake of conversing with him as he stepped down our porch steps, and then there was an accident and some hard times mostly for him. He knows though that I think he is maybe the toughest fella (excepting my own Dad) I know.

So I think it is great he will hopefully be here for the poker game.

My mother whose mind is gone is soon to pass and soon I’m going to take a picture of those damn dogs barking at me in my own backyard and then I’m going to say - I’m sick of your dogs barking at me in my own backyard. Capice? Do you understand that….and meanwhile the Levine brothers think they own the city of Charlotte got a hard lesson coming and the sticks I got sitting out in the front of my property not been picked up for two week now are going to be (text deleted….)

Just saying - and those dogs ought be shipped to South Carolina - send them to that place Lindsey Graham was born and let them bark at him. Seneca, SC I think the place is that senator is from - what a shame he is upon all of america and a shame he is upon Morgan who was the genius in the battle of Cowpens when the double-envelopment happened. In his grave, Morgan out of Jersey - a rugged self taught man must be pondering - was it even worth it?

This is crazy, and I kid you not, life is a mystery and this dog just showed up at our gate. My wife let him in, he has a collar with a red light blinking and we have named this dog “Big Red” - I kid you not this just happened within the last hour.

Life is a mystery I reckon and I hope this dog gets home to where he belongs.

Is he not a beauty Irish Setter fine?

Update - just heard that his “Momma” is on the way to pick him up….Lordy, I’m going to miss this sweet dog!
