I figured - my mother-in-law (God Rest her Soul) - what she left us enabled us to get the places we have to "getaway" - and now that my own mother has passed - it gives me solace using the funds from that she still had in reserve to get some property that could be synergistic in efforts at our getaway place - and I'd rather that than haggle over price and so I offered the asking price and it was accepted and now opportunity for "win-win" arrangements has gone up proportionately - and everything about it was all done fair-n-square in property transaction - and that is what I suspect both my mother and my mother-in-law - both dearly departed would have desired. That our families grow together.
Time will tell - but local business is where the future beckons versus ideas already proven wrong cause we all know - central control is NOT in our interest. I intend on sowing some hot peppa at the new property in good time.
