I'll tell this - it is funny. The real estate agent there who helped me out - she is truly almost an angel in my mind - I care for her so much. I consider her a friend.

Anyhow, foreclosure transactions ain't the same as regular ones and my wife had made the journey to be there at the foreclosure meeting, but then it turned out some paperwork had not been completed, and that is when the attorney present and my real estate agent got to know me a bit better as my wife exhausted with the journey watched on. Needless to say all agreed it was not unfair for me to post myself at the place we all thought had been acquired fairly - fair an square.

So after a few days or maybe weeks of hanging out the paperwork finally got squared away and then I called that sad place my home for awhile and it is there I hung the periodic table in the basement and painted walls and it is there my beloved dog Chester broke his whole paw so bad that later he died from that.

But truly, we lived through that, I found a job back home and on the way home we agreed to the offer - the place was sold and that was that.

Since then I have purchased other property in Virginia, and lo-and-behold twas the same realtor helped me out once again - I sure do care for her and I hope she visits us at our Getaway place in the future...

Funny, truly funny in a way of good humor how things unfold sometimes....god bless I reckon.

I have high hopes for a better future, and why not....why not be hopeful.
