Ready, set go - here are the steps for a quick shipment of Ken’s Pepper Sauce (mild version) sent to another Substack author I appreciate.
So this will be images only and the author’s identity is confidential but it ought not be difficult to figure it out - I like to keep my word even if sometimes things get delayed.
So here were the steps:
What you see there is a box just opened with jars and tops, a funnel I had already acquired and “Ken’s Pepper Essence” in the big pot.
Here you see the ingredients already added - that is proprietary but I’ll show the jar next. Oh forget it - I showed the jar up top - but here is the box before I opened it:
Pepper sauce is in the mail as they say off to a fine place my wife and I had a wonderful time there - and prior to that I spent time there with both my parents when they came to visit me in California. I’m glad I don’t live there but I’ll never forget the wonderful time I had there with both my parents (may they rest in peace) and my wife earlier in our marriage!
Here is to good “barter transactions” I say!

The sauce has been delivered and I admit I put only a tablespoon and a half of the essence in it. But that is probably more than enough being I mixed it well in there to share a bit of the flavor or the peppa sauce I got to offer.
Time will tell.
So at the post office the fine post office attendant there asked me - "what is in your pepper sauce"?
I responded - that is proprietary!
