I Admit - I like Poems
Here is the "Poem of the Day" published elsewhere and now published here at "my stack"......
Here it is - real simple:

This seems to be “turning into” a bit of stream of consciousness sort of article, but I just read this and I can’t resist - cause it speaks about top-notch gamers:
ha, ha, ha….oh boy -good memories gaming - and hoping for more in the future!
~~~~~~
just one more for ole-times sake….
That is some excellent metaphysical contemplation above I think.
The end of this first Poem article - about children and diplomacy.
Let there be peace is what I pray for.
I feel the need to post a comment on the "Poem" liking article and so that is what I'm doing - and here is a link back to an article from 2008 that I enjoy reading and remembering.
Sometimes there is value in going back in time to remember, but going back to far - the uncertainty increases - until a point is reached and anybody in contemplation just raises up their arms and admits - hells-bells - I don't know...
I pray for peace too Ken, but it always seems to slip through our fingers. However, I also love poetry, especially satire and comedy. "Edward Lear (12 May 1812 – 29 January 1888) was an English artist, illustrator, musician, author, and poet, and known mostly for his literary nonsense in poetry and prose and especially his limericks, a form he popularised."
"His genius is apparent in his nonsense poems, which portray a world of fantastic creatures in nonsense words, often suggesting a deep underlying sense of melancholy. Their quality is matched, especially in the limericks of his engaging pen-and-ink drawings." https://www.britannica.com/biography/Edward-Lear
Of course 'pussy' has another connotation now our gentle state, back in the day, has been corrupted!
