I need to get better with overwintering. I have seen many people have success with peppers. Early frost warning got everything covered. This is quite early for me in the upstate of South Carolina. Thanks for sharing. Sorry about your temporary friend.
thankyou.....I've deleted my post above, which upon reflection was not helpful...I think more folks should overwinter plants - I did it last year and I'm sad I was not able to save more of the pepper plants this year because they were amazing to me - but at least I have the ones I do, and I have so many seeds to share.
