It came from these bushes:
Here is another perspective on it:
Here is the propane delivery truck form a few days ago:
Here is the sunset the night before the last if memory serves:

So, I ask again - can anybody tell me the name of the bushes in the images with the fruit of said shown in two images?
If so, please do.

Here is the mash being made up:
Added a little water to the mixture and will bring this up to a slow low boil. I’ll remove the “sticks” later as need be, but I’ll taste this after it boils and if I am still alive tomorrow - then you will know - tis edible!

Its in the oven now:

So it is cooking - sugar added - yeast as well - peanut butter and pancake mix. It will be ready in about 30 minutes and then I will eat it and if I am alive tomorrow I’ll post a message about whether it was good or not.
I’m letting it stay warm and expand on its own accord - here is the latest -
Look at the dark color it has…..it comes from the berry on the bush and I sure hope that berry ain’t poison - cause if it is - odds are you will never read another word I got to share.

Oh wow - my wife got a hold of me at the last moment - and so now I guess I won’t eat this……
Look at that butter and honey of the “deep chocolate” berry dessert probably tastes so good you would trade your donkey for it. Oh well - I guess I’ll just trash it - it did have a bit of an odd smell I suppose - but I think it is edible…..but I ain’t no fool.
I defer to the love of my life!
Go Bills!

So I know this is “ridiculous” in a way, but tis also harmless, and I feel I need to bring this “story” to a close - so as soon as the images show up in my email I’ll then present them here and they show that I defer to my wife - I mean - she is the love of my life - I’d be a fool not to defer to her - so I do - cause I ain’t!
In 2025 you wouldn’t believe the peppers I have in my imagination growing in the soil just there where I threw down the sweetcake make with berries unidentified……oh my - the soil there - saw a bunch of birds earlier enjoying the fertile soil.

Please just ignore this…
Could it possibly be that too?

Well, if that's the case, then perhaps you're lucky that you cooked the berries and also baked them - but caution would still be advisable.... you've tried it, but you still shouldn't really eat it!!!
